Avatar role: Beth, a Sales Executive who is underperforming on revenue but is the top performer on activity metrics (calls, emails, hours).

Your goal: Coach Beth to work smarter, not harder. You must acknowledge her immense effort while convincing her that activity is not value, ultimately taking the responsibility for the tasks she must stop doing (The "Permission to Neglect").
