Rapport is powered by Speech Graphics’ award‑winning audio‑driven facial animation software. It matches sounds to muscle maps for more accurate, emotionally expressive animations—capturing non‑verbal details like breath, blinks, eye darts, and head motion.

Currently, only facial and lip-synch animations are automatically driven by audio. Audio-driven body animations are in development. For other gestures and animations, Rapport’s in-house team can assist. Contact support@rapport.cloud to learn more.

You can use behavior mode control to select the expression type and intensity. Demo examples and sample code are available here.

Yes, Rapport offers a direct plugin for Unreal Engine. A Unity plugin is still under development.

MetaHumans used for pixel streaming have a fixed plain background color and resolution. If you're using the Unreal plugin, you can design and control the background scene directly within your Unreal project.

Yes, depending on your project set-up, Rapport experiences can be shared through either an iframe embed code or HTML & JavaScript snippets.

Yes. Under "Advanced" settings, toggle on "Interruptible" to enable character interruption.

Rapport supports most languages through integrations with STT and TTS platforms like Azure, AWS, Google, ElevenLabs, and more.

Absolutely. Rapport supports custom character types, including aliens, animals, mascots, and more. Contact support@rapport.cloud to discuss your custom character requirements.

Currently, the Rapport Unity plugin supports custom character models. These custom models must have a corresponding Rapport configuration file, which our team can help you set up. The plugin contains a sample scene where you can test a character. Once you're ready to onboard your character, contact us!

We have support for various character creator tools with control files to drive the animation, e.g. RPM, Reallusion, Metahumans, and others. We will add more support in the future.

You can use your own dialogue or AI by configuring a Rapport project with an "idle" setup. This gives you full programmatic control. Follow this guide to learn more.

You can add your ElevenLabs account key in Rapport, then select your custom voice in the appropriate field. Using the voice ID is preferred, but you can also use the name - just make sure it matches exactly how it's stored in ElevenLabs.

You get 14 days of full Pro feature access to Rapport with 50 minutes of AI-powered avatar conversations. No credit card required—just sign up and start creating.

Each plan includes a set number of conversation minutes per month. If you go over, additional usage is billed at $0.21 per minute. We’ll always notify you before you reach your limit.

Yes! Starting with the Business plan, you can upload your own 3D characters to personalize your avatar experiences.

Pro ($19/mo): 100 usage minutes per month, 1 creator, up to 5 workspaces, reports, and access to pre-built scenario templates.

Business ($99/mo): 500 usage minutes per month, 3 creators, unlimited workspaces, custom character uploads, and advanced support options.
