  • Initial Conversation with our People Team

    This is an informal conversation where we'll explore your background, share more about the role and give you a feel for who we are as a company. It's a chance to see if we're a good fit for each other.

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager

    Next, you'll meet your potential line manager. This stage dives deeper into your skills and experience, and gives you the opportunity to ask role-specific questions.

  • Assessments (for some roles)

    Depending on the position, there may be a technical test, presentation or case study. This helps us understand how you think and solve problems - and gives you a sense of the kind of work you'd be doing.

  • Offer

    If it feels like the right fit on both sides, our People Team will reach out with an offer and talk you through the next steps.
